1.The Director of the Institute reserves the right to accept or reject an application without assigning any reason whatsoever.

2.The necessary fee will have to be paid along with the filled up application for the consideration of the admission, by DD drawn in favour of National Institute of Export Management payable at Chennai.

3.No refund or adjustment of fee paid shall be made under any circumstance. In case of rejection of application, full fee paid will be refunded.

4.A student’s registration is valid only for a period of two years and after the cessation of the period re-enrollment is mandatory for continuing the studies.

5.Any student who does not receive the study materials within a period of one month from the date of commencement of the course must inform the Institute without delay.

6.All disputes subject to jurisdiction of court in Chennai City only.
