LETTERS .
Students should
mention thier name and the name of
the course selected for study in the specific
space provided in the application form. Here
the student should carefully note that the name
written in the application form should be the
same as in the certificate of the highest examination
passed. If any official change is made in the
name afterwards, that changed name should be
written in the application form. Enclose a letter
with the reason and also photocopy of the documents
to substantiate such change. If any change occurs
after submitting the application, it must be
intimated to the Institute before the examination.
Please note that
the name as given in the application form would
appear in the certificate issued by NIEM after
successful completion of the programme.
A photocopy
of the certificate of the highest examination
passed shall be submitted along with the application
without fail, before the due date.
Please furnish
correct address with PIN CODE to ensure
proper delivery of the letters. Often, it is
found that the letters do not reach the addressee
due to incorrect address. Change of address
must be intimated to the Institute in time.
The necessary
fee must also be paid along with the application
as DD drawn in favour of National Institute
of Export Management payable at Chennai.
Students should
write on the reverse side of the DD their name
and the name of the courses they have selected.
